Define a Survey's Personal Information

To define what personal information a Survey's participants will be required to enter, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Surveys" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

2. Select the Survey you want to edit in the list of Surveys below the "Surveys" small tab located on the left hand side of the administrative user interface.

3. Click on the "Edit the selected survey." button.

4. In the Survey window, click on the "Personal Information" tab.

5. Make the desired changes to the personal information required.

6. Click on the "Save" button.

Note: if the option "Validate personal information" is activated for your survey, you can select which fields will need to be validated by participants by activating the option "Validate on access" for these fields.
