Account Security

Account Permissions

The following Account Permissions are available:

  • Security Administrator lets a User:

    • Create, Edit and Delete Users

    • Assign Survey Permissions

  • Survey Administrator lets a User:

    • Create, Edit and Delete all Surveys

    • Invite Participants in all Surveys

    • Analyse Results in all Surveys

  • Intercept Administrator lets a User:

    • Create, Edit and Delete all Intercepts

    • Analyse Results in all Intercepts

  • Team Administrator lets a User:

    • Create, Edit and Delete all Team Members

  • Visit Trail Administrator lets a User:

    • Create, Edit and Delete all Visit Trails

  • Create Survey lets a User:

    • Create new Surveys. The user will only have access to his/her surveys.

Account Owner User

When an Interceptum account is created, the first User created in the account is known as the Account Owner. The Account Owner has full access to all objects in a Interceptum account.

View Account Security

To view the Account Security permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Security" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

  2. Click on the “Manage account security settings” button in the main toolbar.

  3. View Users’ Account Permissions

    1. Click on the User for which you want to see the permissions. The permissions of the selected User will be displayed in Permissions List on the right of the Users List.

Set Account Security

To set the Account Security permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Security" tab located at the top of the administrative user interface.

  2. Click on the “Manage account security settings” button in the main toolbar.

  3. Set Users’ Account Permissions

    1. Select one ore more Users in the Users List.

    2. Select one or more permissions in the Permissions List on the right of the Users List.

    3. Click the “Apply” button.

  4. Click on the "Save" button.
